We are thrilled to welcome you to Cotswold Beach & Adventure! While our name is changing to better reflect the exciting experiences we offer, we are still located at the same beautiful lakeside spot in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester.
Whether you are looking to relax on the UK’s largest inland sandy beach, swim in our crystal-clear lifeguarded lagoon, or tackle our legendary floating obstacle course, we have the perfect day out waiting for you.
What’s Waiting for You at the Beach?
Pack your buckets and spades for 140 metres of soft golden sand and a dedicated, safe paddling area for toddlers.
Challenge your friends on our massive inflatable water assault course featuring slides, obstacles, and climbing towers.
Explore South Lake at your own pace with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, swan pedalos, and rowing boats.
Enjoy our lakeside adventure playgrounds, mini-golf course, pedal go-karts, and scenic walking trails.
Grab a bite at the Beach Shack, enjoy ice cream by the lagoon, or book a private lakeside BBQ pitch for a family gathering.

- Our Location: Cotswold Beach & Adventure, Spratsgate Lane, Shorncote, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 6DF.
- Opening Times: Open seasonally from March to September. Standard hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily (peak season).
- Dog Policy: Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in our parkland and walking paths, but are restricted from the main beach area and swimming lagoon for safety and hygiene. Look out for our special dog-swim event dates!
- Booking Advice: To guarantee entry to the park, beach lagoon, and specific water activities, pre-booking online is highly recommended.
